Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on level, stable surface.

  1. Positioning: Place unit on a flat surface, at least 12 inches from walls and furniture for proper airflow.

  3. Bucket installation: Insert the water collection bucket securely.

WARNING! Ensure the unit is upright for at least 24 hours before first use if it was tilted during transport.

First-Time Setup

Plug in the unit; the control panel will illuminate.

  5. Ensure the hose has a downward slope without kinks.

Tip: The bucket must be in place even when using continuous drain.

Operating Modes

  1. Auto Mode: Unit runs based on humidistat setting. Fan speed can be set to HIGH or LOW.
  2. Continuous Mode: Runs continuously regardless of humidity level until turned off or bucket is full.
  3. Laundry Dry Mode: Higher fan speed and continuous operation optimized for drying laundry in a closed room.
  4. Timer Operation: Set to turn on/off automatically within a 24-hour period.
  5. Auto-Defrost: Automatically activates when coil temperature drops below 41°F (5°C).

WARNING! Do not block air intake or exhaust grilles. Ensure room doors/windows are closed for best performance.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before any cleaning or maintenance.

  1. Bucket: Wash with mild detergent, rinse thoroughly.
  2. Filter: Rinse under lukewarm water, air dry completely.
  3. Grilles and Housing: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a cloth dampened with mild soap solution.
  4. Coils: Gently vacuum the evaporator coil (rear grille) if dusty.

CAUTION! Never immerse unit in water. Do not use chemicals, gasoline, or solvents for cleaning.
