Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and tape from unit.
  2. Place dehumidifier on level floor with at least 12 inches clearance on all sides.
  3. Install casters if not pre-installed (snap into base corners).
  4. Allow unit to stand upright for 24 hours if transported horizontally.
  5. Plug into dedicated 115V AC outlet (do not use extension cord).

WARNING! Do not operate in temperatures below 41°F (5°C). Ensure proper ventilation around unit.

First-Time Operation

Power on dehumidifier; set desired humidity level.

  1. Press POWER button to turn unit on.
  2. Set target humidity using UP/DOWN buttons (30%-80% recommended).
  3. Select fan speed (HIGH/LOW) for desired air flow.
  4. For continuous operation, set humidity to "CONTINUOUS" mode.

Maintenance & Cleaning

  1. Clean air filter every 2-4 weeks: Remove, wash with mild detergent, dry completely.
  2. Press FILTER RESET button after cleaning filter.
  3. Clean exterior with soft, damp cloth (unplug first).
  4. Clean water tank monthly with mild solution to prevent mold.
  5. Check drain hose quarterly for clogs or kinks.
  6. Have professional service every 2-3 years for coil cleaning.

Energy Saving Tips

Storage Instructions
