Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on level surface.

  1. Position unit: Allow at least 12 inches clearance on all sides for proper airflow.
  2. Install filter: Ensure washable filter is properly seated in front grille.
  3. Check bucket: Ensure water bucket is correctly inserted and locked.
  4. Plug into dedicated 115V AC outlet.

WARNING! Do not use extension cords. Ensure outlet is properly grounded. Keep away from heat sources.

First-Time Setup

Plug in unit; control panel will illuminate.

  1. Set humidity level: Press HUMIDITY button to select desired level (45-50% recommended).
  2. Select mode: Choose between CONTINUOUS or AUTO mode based on needs.

Connecting Drainage

  4. Route hose to floor drain or suitable drainage area.
  5. Ensure hose has downward slope without kinks.

Tip: When using continuous drain, bucket should remain in place. Check hose regularly for clogs.

Operation Modes

Three operation modes for different needs.

  1. AUTO Mode: Unit cycles on/off to maintain set humidity level.
  2. CONTINUOUS Mode: Runs continuously regardless of humidity level.
  3. DRY CLOTHES Mode: Higher fan speed for drying laundry in enclosed space.
  4. Timer Operation: Set 1-24 hours for automatic start/stop.
  5. Auto-Defrost: Automatically activates when coil temperature drops below 41°F.

WARNING! Do not use in unheated spaces below 41°F. Empty bucket before moving unit.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Clean filter every 2 weeks: Remove, wash with mild detergent, dry completely.
  2. Empty bucket: When full indicator lights, remove and empty bucket.
  3. Clean exterior: Wipe with damp cloth, then dry.
  4. End-of-season: Empty completely, clean filter, store upright in dry location.

Note: Do not operate without filter. Replace filter if damaged.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before any cleaning. Use only mild detergent and water.

CAUTION! Never immerse unit in water. Do not use harsh chemicals, gasoline, or solvents. Keep electrical components dry.
