Connecting Drainage

For continuous operation, connect a hose to the drain port.

  1. Turn off and unplug the unit.
  2. Remove the drain cap from the back of the unit.
  3. Insert a 5/8" inner diameter garden hose (not included) into the port.
  4. Route the hose to a floor drain or suitable outlet, ensuring a downward slope.
  5. Plug the unit back in; it will now drain continuously (water tank can remain in place).

Tip: Ensure the hose is not kinked and the drain path is clear to prevent water overflow.

Operating Modes

  4. Timer Mode: Set to start or stop after a delay (1-24 hours).
  5. Defrost Mode: Automatically activates when coil temperature is low; unit may pause during this cycle.

WARNING! Do not operate in temperatures below 41°F as the coil may freeze. Use in enclosed spaces only.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before any cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth for the exterior. Clean the water tank with mild detergent and rinse thoroughly.
