First-Time Setup

Power on the dehumidifier; follow initial setup steps.

  3. Select fan speed: Choose between HIGH or LOW fan speed for your needs.

Operation Modes

Maintenance & Cleaning

WARNING! Never operate without the air filter. Do not tilt or turn unit upside down.

Drainage Options

Manual Drain: Use the 16.9-pint bucket; empty when FULL light comes on. Continuous Drain: Attach a standard garden hose (not included) to the drain port for gravity drainage.

  1. Locate the drain port on the back of the unit.
  2. Remove the port cap.
  3. Connect a 5/8" inner diameter hose (max length 16 ft).
  4. Route hose to a floor drain, sink, or sump pump.
  5. Ensure hose has a downward slope without kinks.

CAUTION! For continuous drain, the unit must be level and the hose must be secure to prevent leaks.

Care & Storage

When not in use for extended periods:

  1. Unplug the unit.
  2. Empty and dry the water tank completely.
  3. Clean the air filter and let it dry.
  4. Run the unit in FAN ONLY mode for 24 hours to dry internal components.
  5. Coil and store the power cord in the storage compartment.
  6. Cover the unit and store in a cool, dry place.

CAUTION! Do not store with water in the tank. Never store on its side or upside down.
