Installation & Placement

First-Time Setup

Maintenance & Cleaning

Unplug unit before any maintenance.

WARNING! Never operate without filter. Do not immerse unit in water.

Draining Options

Two methods: Manual (tank) or Continuous (hose).

Manual Drain: Use removable tank. When FULL light illuminates, pull tank out, empty, and reinsert until click.

Continuous Drain:

  1. Remove tank.
  2. Attach 5/8" ID hose (not included) to drain port at back.
  3. Route hose to floor drain or sink.
  4. Ensure hose has downward slope without kinks.

CAUTION! Do not use both drain methods simultaneously.

Safety Features

Auto Shutoff: Stops when tank is full. Tip-Over Switch: Cuts power if unit is tilted. Child Lock: Press and hold HUMIDITY + FAN for 3 seconds to lock controls. Auto Defrost: Activates when coil temperature drops below 41°F. Overload Protection: Built-in circuit breaker protects compressor.
