Specifications

Controls and Settings

Control Panel: POWER, MODE, HUMIDITY, TIMER, FILTER RESET.

Display Indicators: Current humidity, Set humidity, Timer, Full bucket, Filter clean, Continuous mode.

Humidity Control: Adjust between 35%-85% in 5% increments. Modes: CONTINUOUS (runs constantly), AUTO (maintains set humidity), TIMER (program on/off cycles). Timer: Set 1-24 hours for automatic operation. Filter Alert: LED lights when filter needs cleaning (reset after cleaning).

Operation Modes

Three operating modes for different needs.

  1. Auto Mode: Maintains set humidity level; compressor cycles automatically.
  2. Continuous Mode: Runs continuously regardless of humidity; for rapid moisture removal.
  3. Timer Mode: Program unit to turn on/off at specific times (1-24 hour settings).

Tip: Use Auto mode for energy efficiency. Use Continuous mode only when maximum dehumidification is needed.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance.

  1. Empty bucket: Remove and empty water bucket when full indicator lights.
  2. Clean filter: Remove and wash air filter every 2 weeks with warm water; dry completely.
  3. Exterior cleaning: Wipe cabinet with soft, damp cloth; do not use chemicals.
  4. Coil cleaning: Vacuum evaporator coils annually (unplug unit first).
  5. Bucket cleaning: Clean water bucket monthly with mild detergent to prevent mold.

WARNING! Always unplug unit before cleaning. Never immerse in water.

Drainage Options

Two methods for water removal.

  1. Bucket Collection: Standard method; empty when full (approximately every 2-3 days).
  2. Continuous Drainage: Attach garden hose (not included) to drain port; ensure downward slope for gravity flow.

Installation for Continuous Drainage: Remove bucket, attach 5/8" ID hose to drain port, route to floor drain or sink. Unit must be level for proper drainage.

Safety Features

Auto shut-off when bucket is full. Overload protection for compressor. Auto-defrost in low temperatures. Child lock on controls (press and hold TIMER for 3 seconds).

Important: Do not operate in temperatures below 41°F to prevent coil freezing. Ensure proper ventilation around unit.
