Most Common Error Codes (All Models)

• P1 / P2: Bucket full or not seated properly – empty the tank; ensure it's correctly installed and the float switch is not stuck.
• EH: Humidity sensor fault – unplug for 10 min; if persists, sensor may need replacement.
• E1 / E2: Temperature sensor fault – check for ice buildup or coil issues; allow to defrost fully.
• E3: Gas/refrigerant leak – unit requires professional service; do not attempt to recharge yourself.
• E5: Water pump fault (models with pump) – check pump hose for clogs; test pump operation.
• AS / ES: Sensor errors (some models) – similar to EH/E1/E2; reset by unplugging.

Common Issues & Fixes (2023–2025 Models)

• Not collecting water: Humidity below set point; check filter is clean; ensure room temp >41°F (5°C).
• Freezing / ice on coils: Operate in Fan Only mode to defrost; common below 41°F without auto-defrost.
• Unit won't start: Bucket full switch stuck; check power cord, breaker; ensure bucket is empty and properly seated.
• Continuous pump not working: Check drain hose not kinked; pump may be clogged or faulty.
• Noisy operation: Clean air filter; level the unit; ensure bucket is secure.

General Maintenance Tips

• Clean air filter: Every 2 weeks – remove, wash with mild soap, dry completely before reinstalling.
• Bucket cleaning: Empty regularly; use algaecide tablet to prevent mold/odors.
• Continuous drain setup: Use supplied hose; ensure drain point lower than unit or use pump model.
• Storage: Drain fully, clean, store upright in dry place.

Safety note: Always unplug before cleaning or servicing. Never operate with wet filter or in standing water. Do not use in explosive atmospheres.
